Overview
The Symbience Clear Path ® Insurance Desktop is a real-time XML transaction interface to Carrier’s legacy policy administration systems. The Insurance Desktop allows for entry, editing, or viewing of insurance policy information. The Insurance Desktop supports multiple lines of business. The Insurance Desktop consumes and yields XML data sets. The following transactions are supported (Quote, Policy Issue, Inquiry, Endorsements, Cancellations, Reinstatements). The Insurance Desktop can be used as a pure carrier specific front-end interface or in a multi-carrier "SEMCI" mode by an agent.

Additional features include: Carrier Specific content validation, Carrier Specific data requirements, Single level agent logon, real-time application updates.
